Senator Marc Panepinto is being investigated by the Erie County District Attorney's Office.
The DA is looking into claims of an underage drinking party at Panepinto's Buffalo home. Less than two weeks ago, the freshman senator announced he would not be seeking reelection.
Multiple reports claim the State Ethics Commission is also looking into Senator Panepinto and complaints made against him.
