A Chautauqua County man is facing Felony DWI charges after State Police say he was driving drunk with two kids younger than 16 in the car.
Police stopped Jason Dustin on West Main Street in Falconer Saturday. They say he failed several sobriety tests. He was taken to State Police Headquarters in Jamestown where police say he blew a .12 when given a breath test.
Dustin is charged with DWI and Endangering the Welfare of a Child. He'll answer to the charges in court in March.
