An Amherst man has been arraigned in connection with a deadly crash in Buffalo.
Twenty-four-year-old Dennis Xenos is now facing charges of vehicular manslaughter, vehicular assault, and DWI.
Prosecutors say Xenos was the driver of a car involved in a roll over crash Friday morning. The accident happened on the "S" curves section of Delaware Avenue. One of the passengers, Christopher Rizzo, died at ECMC. Another passenger remains in serious condition in the ICU.
Bail for Xenos has been set at $35,000, and his license to drive has been suspended.
