Ten people were found to be in the U.S. illegally in Orchard Park this week.
Orchard Park Police found a group of 13 men trespassing on the grounds of an elementary school. Officers requested assistance from the U.S. Border Patrol.
Agents determined 10 of the 13 were in the U.S. illegally. Several had prior immigration violation and criminal records.
Eight were taken to the Buffalo Federal Detention Facility in Buffalo, while two were released with instructions to contact the U.S. States Citizenship and Immigration Services.
