For the first time in program history, the UB men's basketball team is nationally ranked. The Bulls are currently ranked 25th in the AP Top 25 poll that was released Monday afternoon.

UB is 2-0 on the season and is coming off an impressive 99-94 overtime win over then 13th ranked West Virginia. It was UB's first ever road win over a top 25 team.

CJ Massinburg is off to a hot start this season. Through two games, he's averaging 27 points and 11 rebounds.

The Bulls have already been picked to win the Mid-American Conference East after returning the majority of their players from last year's NCAA Tournament team.

UB is back in action Monday night when they take on Southern Illinois at SIU arena. Tip-off is scheduled for 8 p.m.
