No. 25 UB tops Kent State 80-57 in front of record crowd

AMHERST, N.Y. (WKBW) — UB used a 10-0 run in the final minute of the first half to lift the Bulls to an 80-57 win over Kent State in front of 6,688 fans at Alumni Arena. The sold out crowd for the nationally televised game set a new program record.

Nick Perkins led the way for the Bulls, scoring 27 points, a new career-high. C.J. Massinburg added 18 points.

With the win, UB has now won 24 consecutive games at Alumni Arena, the third longest winning streak at home in the country.

UB [24-3] has four regular season games left before the start of the MAC tournament in mid-March.
