BUFFALO, N.Y. (WKBW) — For the second straight year, the UB men's basketball team has clinched the Mid-American Conference title outright.
The 19th ranked Bulls beat Ohio 82-79 on Tuesday night for their 27th win, tying a school record for most wins in a season. The win also clinched them the top seed in the upcoming MAC Tournament.
Jeremy Harris led the Bulls with 20 points and six rebounds while CJ Massinburg and Nick Perkins each added 17 points in the win.
The Bulls are now 27-3 overall and 15-2 in MAC play. They'll wrap up the regular season on Friday when they host Bowling Green. Tipoff is set for 6 p.m.
