Bandits top Black Wolves 13-6 in first round of NLL Playoffs

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WKBW) — The Buffalo Bandits are moving on in the NLL Playoffs.

The Bandits, the top seed in the league, topped 4th seed New England 13-6 on Saturday night in the first round of the postseason. With the win, they advance to the East Division final.

Shawn Evans led the Bandits with three goals while Corey Small, Steve Priolo and Dhane Smith each added two goals. Smith also had five assists in the win. Goalie Matt Vinc made 47 saves.

The Bandits will next play the winner of the Toronto and Georgia game which is set for Monday night. The NLL East Final is set for Saurday, May 11th at KeyBank Center. Tickets are now available for that game.
