Supreme Court To Hear Arguments In States' Rights Sports Betting Case

The Supreme Court is going to have to decide if it's within states' rights to cash in on sports betting.

Oral arguments are today in a case essentially between New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie and both college and professional sports leagues.

Christie argues against a 1992 law that prevents any state but Nevada from legalizing single-game sports betting.

It's a federal law that says states can't allow sports betting. Christie, and others, argue the act violates the 10th Amendment
