Police in the Wyoming County Village of Perry arrested a 21-year old man for having sexual contact with a 5-year old girl.
According to investigators, the incident happened on August 25th on North Main Street. Police arrested Cody Crandall on charges of sexual abuse, forcible touching, and endangering the welfare of a child.
Crandall was arraigned at Perry Village Court with the recommendation of $20,000.00 cash bail or bond from the Wyoming County District Attorney's Office. Crandall was later committed to the Wyoming County Jail on $5,000.00 cash bail or $5,000.00 bond. Crandall will be back in court on September 11th.
