Business is "blooming" on Seneca Street in South Buffalo

On Small Business Saturday, the rebirth of Seneca Street in South Buffalo will take off. 

"It's absolutely incredible as a homeowner here just to see it go from derelict and rundown to beautiful," April Spencer of April Spencer Floral Design said, "It's just incredible."

April Spencer Floral Design will open their doors on Small Business Saturday. It will be the first of four different businesses opening right next to Seneca Shea's.

"How exciting," Spencer said, "You know to be a part of the revitalization is perfect."
