An observant neighbor's action led Dunkirk Police to arrest Earvin I. Ezell on charges on larceny and burglary of a residence on W. Howard Street.
With information on the suspect's vehicle at hand, police obtained a warrant to a tracked residence and found property from the burglary and the suspect inside.
Ezell is being held in the Dunkirk jail pending arraignment.
