Our series "What's Going On With..." continues with a look at a development in the Town of Lancaster.
7 Eyewitness News viewer Carol wrote in and wanted to know "What is going on in Lancaster on Harris Hill Road between Pleasant View and Genesee? They have cleared the area and are putting in sewers."
Anchor Jeff Russo headed out to the site on Harris Hill Road and found out the construction is for a 12-lot sub-division called "Blackstone Court."
Pillar Real Estate, which is handling the project, says the "middle to high end" sub-division sits on 21 acres. Construction began in June. The private road that leads into the sub-division is expected to be completed in October. Brownstone Homes is handling the construction of each of the single-family homes.
