A Warsaw man faces two felony charges after a tip from an internet service provider launched a New York State Police investigation.

State police arrested 31-year-old Kory Doyle on Monday, April 16. Investigators accuse Doyle of uploading "numerous images" of sexual performances involving a child online. Doyle is accused of uploading the images between January 16, 2017 and March 21, 2017.

On March 22, 2017, workers at an internet service company noticed the activity and notified the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children. The center investigated further and notified New York State Police.

After a long investigation, state police determined Doyle had uploaded the photos. Doyle was also found in possession of "a multitude" of videos and pictures of child pornography.

Doyle is charged with promoting a sexual performance by a child under age 17 and possessing a sexual performance by a child under age 16. He was arraigned in Wyoming County by Justice William Blythe and taken to Wyoming County Jail. Doyle is being held on $25,000 cash bail or $50,000 bond. He is due back in court on Thursday, April 19.
