Cloudy days may be ahead for Solar City, as a state oversight panel holds off a vote to approve on half a billion in additional funding to the solar panel factory in South Buffalo.

This all comes as Federal Prosecutors hand out subpoenas in the face of a couple of Buffalo Billion projects.

The Public Authorities Control Board was set to vote $485 million in funding to Solar City this Wednesday. However, the vote was postponed. The funding is needed to finish the factory.

The Public Authorities Board, headed by Governor Andrew Cuomo, is responsible for approving billions in funding across the state.
