A tractor trailer took out around 100 feet of guide rail on I-90 Eastbound when it went off the Thruway Monday morning.
The crash happened around 6:15 a.m. just past the Depew exit near Ransom Road and mile marker 411. Crews were quick to respond. Thirty minutes later, a tow crew was on scene working to get the damaged semi off the roadway.
In the crash, the tractor trailer spilled around 150 gallons of diesel fuel. Crews were also working to contain and clean up the fuel.
The truck driver suffered minor bumps and bruises.
