Thieves in Texas made off with some precious cargo - $25,000 in stolen puppies.
The thieves broke into a Houston pet store and stole a number of French and English Bulldog puppies. They were caught on surveillance camera stealing the dogs, but got away without being caught.
The pet store owner says these types of puppies need special care, and she's concerned for their well-being.
"They cannot go outside, the heat can kill them," she explained. "They know it's quick money, they can turn around and sell it for hardly anything, and they don't care about the puppy."
The owner says she just wants the puppies back. She's offering $800 for each puppy that is returned safely.
