A fire ripped through the Subway restaurant located at 3015 W State Street in Olean Saturday the Cattaraugus County Sheriff's Office reports.
The Sheriff's Office says a call reporting a fire at the building came in just before 5 p.m. Saturday.
No one was injured but the building has been declared a total loss according to the Sheriff's Office.
A total of six fire departments responded.
