Buffalo Police say a stranger approached three teenage girls Friday afternoon in Martin Luther King Park.
Investigators say the girls were walking home from school when the man approached them.
According to police, the individual offered the students money and then offered to buy them sneakers if they would get in his vehicle.
The suspect is described as a black male, heavy set with medium complexion, driving a light grey Chevrolet Impala.
