A Cattaraugus County woman was arrested and is facing DWI related charges.
Sheriff's deputies say Lynn Dombkiewicz, from Salamanca, was driving with a .18 blood alcohol content, Monday afternoon. That's more than twice the legal limit.
When deputies pulled over the woman, on Route 353 in the Town of Persia, they say Dombkiewicz had a stolen dog in the car. Deputies say she had just taken the dog from Otto Road, new Albion.
Dombkiewicz is facing charges of aggravated driving while intoxicated, DWI, failure to keep right, failure to maintain lane, petit larceny and criminal trespass.
It's unclear if the dog was returned to its owner.
Dombkiewicz is due back in court at a later time.
