CATTARAUGUS COUNTY, N.Y. (WKBW) - We're seeing more and more signs of spring popping up all over Western New York. And now, one of the surest signs is poking its head out of hibernation.
A New York State Department of Environmental Conservation trail camera in Cattaraugus County caught a momma bear and her three cubs leaving the den.
All of the bears are tagged, according to the DEC; the department monitors their movements and health to keep the species safe.
