A Niagara Falls man charged last week with sexually abusing a student at Niagara County Community College is now facing more sex abuse charges in connection with two more alleged incidents on campus.

The Niagara County Sheriff's Office has charged Dejuan Hunt, 25, with third-degree sexual abuse in connection with an incident at the college on July 19th.

According to the college's crime log, a man was banned from campus after the college investigated two complaints of sexual harassment at two locations on campus that day.

Hunt was arrested last week after investigators say he grabbed a female student walking down a hall and forced her into a stairwell August 3rd. He was charged with sexual abuse and forcible touching.

College officials did not immediately alert students or faculty members following Hunt's first suspected sexual offense. According to a statement released by the Office of Public Relations, it did not meet both criteria under the Clery Act, a federal law requiring all colleges and universities participating in federal financial aid programs to keep and disclose information about crime on and near their campuses in a timely manner.

In reviewing reports, 7 Eyewitness News Legal Analyst Florina Altshiler said, "Until the suspect has been arrested, that incident remains on-going or at least the potential for the crime to happen again remains a concern therefore there is a duty, by the university, to inform its employees and students of the incident."

Hunt was arraigned Tuesday in Cambria  Town Court and sent to jail on $10,000 bail. He is due back in court for the August incident on September 6th.
