A reckless driver will spend up to 4 years in prison for damaging a pair of homes in Amherst.
23-year-old Elijah Turley of Buffalo pleaded guilty to the charges in State Supreme Court.
Prosecutors say he was racing on Niagara Falls Boulevard last September going around 95 miles per hour, when he lost control of his pickup and crashed into two houses.
His female passenger was ejected from the vehicle and suffered serious injuries.
