Why am I not getting an "I voted" sticker?

Erie County, N.Y. (WKBW) - During the 2017 elections, every polling location across Erie County gave out "I Voted" stickers, but in 2018, that will not happen.

Those stickers given out in 2017 were paid for by New York State in celebration of 100 years of Women's Right to Vote. According to the Board of Elections, the expectation is that there will be stickers again for the Presidential Election in 2020.

If you are in Erie County and would like an Eco-friendly "I Voted" sticker, you can use the one below.
