A teenager is dead after police say she fell from a 100 ft. embankment on Cattaraugus Creek on the Seneca Nation.
The Erie County Sheriff's Office says in the early morning hours of Sunday, 19-year-old Rikki Georgea was walking along the embankment of the creek when she fell.
The incident happened on the Seneca Nation where Versailles Plank Road meets Bush Road.
Deputies tried to administer CPR but Georgea was already deceased.
Police say the events surrounding the teen's death are under investigation.
