Buffalo Police are investigating a fatal shooting that occurred just before 9 a.m. Friday morning.
The shooting happened at East Delavan and Floss Avenues.
Police say 51-year-old Charles Wyatt of Buffalo is now dead. At the time of the incident he was transported to Erie County Medical Center where he was listed in grave condition and underwent surgery.
Police announced later Friday afternoon that the man had died.
