Teen pleads guilty in deadly Buffalo shooting

A teenager from Buffalo has pleaded guilty to the fatal shooting of man from Warren, Ohio last year.

The shooting happened around 4:30 p.m. on Sherman Street on June 6. Twenty-year-old Deon 'Dra Smith was taken to ECMC, where he later died.

Floyd Johnson, who was 17-years-old at the time, was arrested in Jamestown a couple days later and charged with second degree murder.

The now 18-year-old pleaded guilty Thursday to a lesser charge of first degree manslaughter.
