Police were called Monday after an unknown substance was found in an envelope at Senator Patrick Gallivan’s office.
The office manager at his Albany office found the envelope and non-specific threat and called State Police, who are conducting a full investigation.
Senator Gallivan’s communications director tells 7 Eyewitness News that the office is open and conducting business as usual.
Jim Ranney says Senator Gallivan was not in the office at the time and no one else was injured.
