Town of Tonawanda Police say one man was shot with a shotgun on Ritchie Avenue Wednesday morning around 1 a.m.
It's the same area where police issued a shelter in place alert over the weekend.
Police say the man was taken to ECMC with a non-life threatening gunshot wound. They also say it doesn't appear to be related to what happened over the weekend.
The investigation into the shooting is continuing.
