Three SUNY Geneseo students are facing charges after a variety of prescription drugs and forms of marijuana were found in their Center Street apartment.
The Livingston County Sheriff’s Office raided their apartment Monday, seizing $2,800 in cash, Adderall, Xanax, THC capsules, hash, marijuana and THC food products.
Thomas Troge, 21, of Oyster Bay, NY is charged with third degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a felony. He’s being held on $25,000 bail.
Jeremy Lazatin, 20, of Grand Island and Ian Stewart, 19, of Rensselar, NY are both charged with unlawful possession of marijuana.
