Two local restaurant groups have announced plans for a joint mini-food court on 1488 Hertel Avenue.

Crush Hospitality, operators of Acropolis OPA and Newbury Salads; and Sun Cuisines, which operates Sun Roll in the Expo Market, will launch PK Eats in North Buffalo.

PK Eats will serve breakfast, lunch, dinner, late night, and Saturday and Sunday brunch. Hours of operation will be Monday-Thursday from 8 a.m.-10 p.m. and Friday-Sunday from 8 a.m.-11 p.m.

The mini-food court concept will be home to Newbury Salads; Ogenki, a Japanese-Korean BBQ spot; a full bar from Acropolis OPA, and a few more restaurants in the works.

“We can’t wait to get up and running,” Crush owner Paul Tsouflidis said. “We think once Buffalonians experience the combination of food and atmosphere that we are hoping to bring to Hertel, PK Eats is going to be a place that people will talk about.”

PK Eats is expected to open June 1st on 1488 Hertel Avenue.
