Buffalo Police are investigating a late night shooting inside a convenience store.
The shooting happened just before midnight inside Broadway Mart at 1069 Broadway near Sears Street.
A 7 Eyewitness News camera was there as medial personnel attended to one victim. The unidentified victim appeared to be alert and breathing. Rural Metro Medical Services took the victim to Erie County Medical Center.
Buffalo Police did not immediately respond to our request for comment.
