One Seneca is looking at a potential opening of November of 2018, if construction goes as planned.
"That is the current plan," Seneca LLC attorney Adam Walters said, "Everything done by November by Thanskgiving."
This announcement came after the Buffalo Planning board approved minor adjustments being done to the construction at the One Seneca Tower.
The Tower has been vacant for a few years so the prospect of new apartments, restaurants, and shops being added to the tower before the end of the year is exciting for some.
"(It will) bring more people down to this area. That's what it's all about." Russell Rizzo, a Buffalo native, said.
