New York is offering seasonal ghost tours of the state Capitol.

The Capitol Hauntings tours begin Monday and run through Oct. 30, the day before Halloween. The tours focus on the folklore and ghost stories associated with the historic statehouse in Albany.

Tour tales include the legend of the night watchman who died in the Capitol fire of 1911 and still makes his rounds. And some say two U.S. presidents visited the Capitol after they died.

The hour-long tours are free and open to the public, Monday through Friday.

If you don't want to drive out to Albany, there are plenty of ghostly walks to check out in the WNY area.
