For 12 Niagara University students, all that separates them from a lifetime of memories is a seven hour drive.

On Friday a group of students ranging in ages and majors got on a bus and head to Philadelphia to take in this historic visit from Pope Francis.

"I feel like this is a once in a lifetime opportunity," Peter Raimondo, Niagara junior said. "I'm just really glad to be a part of it."

Raimondo's Group Leader Ashley Serwon agrees. "It's once in a lifetime. When will this happen again?"

The students and group leaders don't have any plans for the weekend set in stone because they know how crazy it's going to be but want to make sure it's an experience they'll never forget.

"He preaches one message and that's love," Raimondo said. "I think that's something that everyone can connect to."
