Niagara County Sheriff's Deputies are searching for a young runaway.
Deputies say 13-year-old Adrianna Best ran away on Monday from the Wyndham Lawn Facility in Lockport.
Officials say the young teen may be in the company of two males.
Adrianna is described as a white female, 5-feet-2-inches tall, weighing 100 pounds.
She was last seen wearing a black sweatshirt, black yoga pants and black sneakers.
