Inmates at the Erie County Holding Center have some fine-feathered new friends to help them get their lives back on track.
Pheasant chicks were delivered Wednesday as part of a new rehabilitation program.
The program is intended to help inmates with new skills, while also re-establishing the pheasant population throughout Erie County.
