Mindy Davey is a songwriter, singer, and rapper. She loves inspiring others through her music by singing for people that have been hurt or are suffering.

Mindy's latest hit, "Morgan's Song" speaks to people who have been a victim of bullying. The song is based off of a 12 year-old Morgan Lorey from Albany, NY who was bullied by a boy at school and contemplated suicide. Mindy found Morgan's story through Buffalo's local blog "Hope Rises".

Mindy and her team has now created a music video for "Morgan's Song" to help spread awareness of the affects of bullying and help those remember that they are not alone through the suffering.

"You're not going to stop bulling, you can't stop hate," Davy said. "But I think what we can do is come together as one, and let people know that they are not alone and that you are loved."

On Saturday the music video will debut at 9pm on YouTube and Facebook. The video will also be played throughout the day at the Discover 716 Bash at Nia Wanda Park in Tonawanda from 4pm-11pm.

Hope Rises is helping Mindy spread awareness of the dangers of bullying at the event. There will be an anti-bullying booth where people can learn how to stop bullying. The Bash will also include a car show, live entertainment, local beer and wine, and a chicken wing and ice cream eating contest.

After Saturday the video will be available for everyone to listen to and share with others.
