Concern continues to grow as we approach the availability of legal medical marijuana in New York State.
Many patients and their caretakers are worried there won't be enough of the drug to meet the need. There is also concern that the state has not made public its list of physicians registered to prescribe medical marijuana.
Twenty dispensaries are set to open on January 5th across the state; there will be two locations in Western New York.
