Saturday morning at 2:32 a.m. State Troopers responded to a call that a vehicle had struck a house.
Police arrived at 323 Evans St. in the Village of Richburg to find Richard Sexton, 47 of Bolivar seated in the driver's seat of a red pick-up truck that hit the house off the west shoulder of the roadway.
He was transported to Olean General Hospital to be treated for injuries sustained in the accident.
Troopers say Sexton displayed indicators of being intoxicated. He agreed to take a blood test and charges are pending the result of a toxicology exam.
