A man has died after being rushed to Erie County Medical Center following a stabbing on Buffalo's West Side early Wednesday morning.
When a 7 Eyewitness News photographer arrived at the scene on Seventh Street and Pennsylvania Street, he saw paramedics helping a man in the street.

Police say the unidentified man died from his injuries at ECMC. Buffalo Police continue to investigate the incident.
