A man is dead after being hit by a train Tuesday night in the Town of Tonawanda.
According to police, 43-year-old Eric Damon was hit by an Amtrack Train around 8:30 p.m. on the northbound railroad tracks not far from Sheridan Drive and Military Road.
Both Town of Tonawanda Police and railroad police are investigating.
