A New Jersey man is facing charges for DWI, swearing at officers and refusing to let them take his picture.

Our ABC affiliate, WHAM, in Rochester reports Joseph Talbot was pulled over on Route 31, in Palmyra, Thursday night for swerving on the road.  He finally came to a stop in the shoulder, according to police.

Talbot was Vice President with First Niagara bank.  It is unclear whether he is now affiliated with KeyBank.

Talbot was locked up on $750 cash or $1,500 bond.
