BUFFALO, N.Y. — It was three years in the making, and finally, 500 Pearl is ready for visitors.
The massive, 380,000 square foot, $70 million facility will open in stages starting March of 2019.
500 Pearl will have 14 luxury apartments, over 100 a-loft hotel rooms, a 5 floor parking garage, 52,000sf of office space, 11,000sf of retail and restaurant space, and large banquet and meeting spaces. 500 Pearl is located right on the corner of Pearl Street and West Tupper.
The building will also have the tallest rooftop bar in the City of Buffalo.

In total, there are 23 rooms that have balconies that face out to the Buffalo skyline.

Rents for the luxury apartments range from $2,775 for a 2 bedroom, to $3,560 for a 1,580sf 2 bedroom apartment.
There are also plans for a 6-8 lane bowling alley, that would be opened in the summer of 2019.
This type of massive complex is something that Ellicott Development CEO William Paladino is hoping will pop up more in Buffalo.
"Complexes such as this are going to be seen more and built more... a location like this is just perfect."
