BATAVIA, N.Y. (WKBW) — State police arrested 47-year old Joseph Marranco for larceny after stealing a television from a motel room.
Police picked up Marranco on Main Street in the City fo Batavia on Sunday, January 6th. They say he was riding his bike carrying a flat screen television tucked underneath his arm. After some questioning, the suspect told officers a motel guest said he could borrow the motel's television.
Marranco was arraigned at Batavia Town Court where he was remanded on $1,000 cash bail.
