SYRACUSE, N.Y. (WKBW) — New York State Police say an Indiana man has been arrested following a road rage incident on the New York State Thruway.
According to police, 30-year-old Chad A. Rickard of Fort Wayne, Indiana, faces second degree weapon possession and menacing charges following the incident.
Troopers say Rickard was observed pointing a semi-automatic handgun at another driver and was stopped and taken into custody at exit 38 of the NYS Thruway, just north of Syracuse.
Rickard was transferred to the Onondaga County Justice Center for arraignment.
