It's not the first time the show has aired, but it's the one that counts. Risky Builders, a house flipping show, airs Thursday night at 11 p.m. on HGTV following House Hunters International.

“This is the one we need the ratings, this is the one where we need Buffalo behind us. This is the one where we need to need the nation to get behind because we’re gonna need these ratings if we want to continue the series," Chris Naugle said, co-host of the Risky Builders. “Buffalo’s got opportunities like nowhere else  I’ve never seen. We’re now finally starting to grow in value but the rental value here is like nothing else.”

The show stars both Chris and his wife, Lorissa, as well as a third host, Blair Rusin, whose artistic talent makes the show unique.

“He actually sketches what I’m thinking on paper so we can actually see how it’s gonna look, and then he builds that," Lorissa said.  “The three of us going at it, it’s always a win.”

Thursday evening the gang is hosting a networking panel at the Naugle's new startup, FlipOut Academy, at Eastern Hills Mall in Clarence where they will offer a Q and A session. Following, there will be a viewing of the pilot episode at Santora's Pizza Pub and Grill on Transit Road at 11 p.m.
