Jamestown man accused of forging inspection

A Jamestown man is accused of forging his inspection, according to the Chautauqua County Sheriff.

Saturday afternoon Chautauqua County Sheriff's deputies observed a vehicle on Route 60 in Cassadaga operating with a forged inspection and a loud exhaust. Following a traffic stop they identified the driver as Gregory R. Rosier, 52, of Jamestown.

Rosier was also found to have 15 suspensions/revocations on his license. 

He was charged with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, displaying a forged inspection, uninspected motor vehicle and loud exhaust.

He was arraigned in the Town of Charlotte for the Town of Stockton and held on bail.
