A hazardous materials team from the Buffalo Fire Department worked to contain a propane leak inside the Frontier Rail Yard Wednesday night.

Firefighters were dispatched to 1836 Broadway around 10:15 p.m. Crews worked for over an hour to stop the propane leak near the tanker car's valves. Nobody was hurt.

Representatives from CSX and Rural Metro Medial Services assisted Buffalo Fire at the scene.

CSX said only a small amount of propane vapor was released from an unsealed connection valve.

There were no injuries.
