I'm sure we don't even need to mention the word "Fortnite" to many parents.

Kids have been glued to the video game, and their screen all summer...but now that it's time to get back into the books, the transition may not come so easy for many young ones.

It has a lot to do with the environments and what they've come to associate certain places with having relaxing, or having free time.

"Having a schedule for young people in  terms of when they're going to study,  where they're going to study, is there a place in your house that's really commensurate with studying. sometimes their bedroom where their electronics are, is not the best option," said President and CEO of BestSelf Dr. Howard Hitzel.

Sleep is another big factor.

Kids need more sleep than adults, and parents should really work over the first weekend to get back into a more strict sleep pattern.
